At GentsEyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your frames. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your eyewear within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the eyewear in its original hard case and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine, resaleable condition.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the frames, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
